Proposed alterations and additions to this terrace house include opening up the original plan to the rear courtyard with a side extension, attic conversion and a slight internal reconfiguration.

The brief was to open up the original plan to the rear yard with a side extension, attic conversion and the inclusion of an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom.

The proposed rear living area will open up to the outdoor garden for indoor/outdoor living.
